SHIPPING
- All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
- Orders placed within the Dominican Republic: Thursday – Monday before 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Tuesdays.
Orders placed within the Dominican Republic: Tuesday – Wednesday after 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Thursdays.
International orders placed Monday -Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. - International orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday.
- MONICA VARELA does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday delivery unless this has been requested and approved prior to purchase. There may be exceptions to our discretion, please contact us at shop@monicavarela.com for information.

PROCESSING TIME/CUSTOM ORDERS
- All pre-ordered, back-ordered, out of stock, and custom pieces are made-to-order and take an additional 10-15 business days to produce.
- Please note we cannot guarantee stock on all items. If you need something by a specific date or urgently, please contact us at info@monicavarela.com first. We are happy to assist you.
INSURANCE
- For added security, we require a signature for all orders. If you choose to waive this, please put this in the comments section of your order, and note that we are not responsible for any lost items.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY
- For all orders shipping outside of the Dominican Republic: Recipient is responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred, if any and according to the recipient’s country of delivery.
- All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
- All purchases must be paid for in U.S. dollars at the prices shown on our website.
EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are not allowed.
Exchanges of new, unused, unaltered merchandise, with proof of purchase, are allowed within 15 days of purchase. Store credit is valid for 30 days. Merchandise must have tags attached and original packaging.
