SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed (within Dominican Republic) Thursday – Monday before 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Tuesdays.
Orders placed(within Dominican Republic) Tuesday – Wednesday after 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Thursdays.
International orders placed Monday -Thursday will be processed and shipped next day.
International orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday.
MONICA VARELA does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday delivery unless this has been requested and approved prior to purchase.

PROCESSING TIME/CUSTOM ORDERS
All pre-ordered, back-ordered, out of stock, and custom pieces are made-to-order and take an additional 10-15 business days to produce.
Please note we cannot guarantee stock on all items. If you need something by a specific date or in a hurry please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first. We are happy to assist you.
We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.
For added security, we require a signature for all orders. If you choose to waive this, please put this in the comments section of your order, and note that we are not responsible for any lost items.
All purchases (except for custom pieces & Falie 3D) can either be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 10 days of receiving your order. If for some reason you want to make an exchange, we’ve made it is easy using our collection service. Just make sure you request your Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order. If your exchange is of lesser value, the balance will remain in store credit. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Items should be sent back in brand new condition, unused, and with all MONICA VARELA tags still attached. Items sent for exchange that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please also note, if there are special circumstances surrounding your exchange, a 20% restocking fee can be applied at our discretion.
All items on Sale are FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for exchange.
All items purchased with Merchandise Credit are FINAL SALE and are therefore ineligible for exchange.
All Falie 3D orders are FINAL SALE. More details in the Falie 3D section below.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done at the retailer. We are only able to process exchanges on pieces purchased directly from our store or monicavarela.com.
For all orders shipping outside of the Dominican Republic the ship-to recipient we will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.
All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
All purchases must be paid for in U.S. dollars at the prices shown on our website.
If your MONICA VARELA purchase needs to be repaired for any reason please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number if applicable and reason for repair.
All repairs are done on a case-by-case basis.
If your piece requires repair and is within the first year of purchase, MONICA VARELA will cover the cost upon approval from a customer service representative. Not all repairs will be approved and covered.
There may be an additional charge for your repair, which you will be notified of prior to the work being done. Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process and ship depending on the work needed.
Please contact email@example.com with any repair request and we will be happy to provide support. A repair fee may apply depending of repair. Standard repair fee include but are not limited to ring sizing, microscopic fiber repair, plating repair.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Please do not send in an item for repair without contacting our team first.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and/or exchanges.
All in-store purchases (excluding Falie 3D) can be either exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 business days of purchase.
